1. Can your Jax n Daisy antifungal antibacterial shampoo and lotion be used on cats?               

Our products have been successful on cats. Our Jax n Daisy Flea n Tick Shampoo is NOT Safe for cats.              

2. Where are you located?

We are located in Dover, Delaware. 

3. How long is shipping?

 We ship same day if the order is placed by 2:00 pm EST.

4. What are your hours of operation? 

 We are open Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm EST. 

5. What is your shipping policy?

If you are concerned your package may be stolen we recommend sending your package to a secure location.

Theft of our shipments can occur in many delivery areas. Our company will guarantee your package until it is confirmed delivered.  We are not responsible for your package once it is scanned delivered. If you believe your package has been stolen, please check your tracking information first to confirm it was delivered.  If your tracking information states delivered and it was not, we ask that you call your local FedEx hub to inquire about your package and file a claim.  We cannot file a claim on your behalf once it is scanned delivered due to privacy laws. 

We are NOT responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered.

6. What if my pet licks the lotion?

Our products are non toxic and safe if your pet licks it. Make sure to rub the lotion into the skin when applying. It is not a topical that you need to see to know that it is working.

7. Where can I find your ingredients?                      

A full list of our ingredients are under the "Jax n Daisy Ingredients" tab located at the footer of our website. 

8. Can I send a check or money order?

Jax n Daisy does not accept checks. 

However, we do accept money orders, please include your shipping address, the name you would like your order placed under, phone number and exactly what you would like to purchase including shipping.

9. How much is shipping?

$9.50 for FedEx Express. Gallon Rates vary depending on location.

10. Are your products formulated for all dogs? 

Yes! Our products are formulated for all breeds of dogs 8 weeks and up.  Long or short haired. 

11. What skin issues have your products been successful on?

Our products have been successful on Mites, Mange, Hot Spots, Skin Dermatitis, Fungal Infections, Yeast, Bacterial Skin Infections, Flea Bite Dermatitis, Itchy Skin, Dandruff, Environmental allergies and Shedding Due To Dermatitis and more! 

12. What is your return policy? 

-We offer a 60 Day Money Back Guarantee on all of our products (excluding GALLONS and ACCESSORIES) 

-Shipping the product(s) back to us is solely at your expense as we do not provide pre-paid return labels

-Shipping charges, that you paid at time of purchase, are also non-refundable. 

- All return packages must be sent back to the following address

13. Can I use PayPal as a payment method? 

We do not offer PayPal on our website however; we do offer a PayPal as a method of payment on our EBay store.
