1. Can your Jax n Daisy antifungal antibacterial shampoo and lotion be used on cats?

    Answer: Our products have been successful on cats.     Our Flea n Tick Shampoo is NOT Safe for cats.              

2. Where are you located?

    Answer: We are located in Dover, DE. 

3. How long is shipping?

     Answer: We ship same day if the order is placed by 2:00 pm 

4. What are your hours of operation? 

     Answer: We are open Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm EST. 

5. What is your shipping policy?

     Answer: Theft of our shipments can occur in many delivery areas. Our company will guarantee your package until it is confirmed delivered to your residence/business.  We are not responsible for your package once it is delivered. If you believe your package has been stolen, please check your tracking information first to confirm it was delivered. If you are concerned your package may be stolen, we suggest adding 'signature required' upon delivery. If your tracking information states delivered and it was not, we ask that you call the carrier, your local Post Office, FedEX or UPS to inquire about your package.

After you’ve checked with the carrier of the package and a resolution has not been met, please give our office a call. We do charge shipping for a package to be resent.

6. Is it safe if my pet licks the lotion?

     Answer: It is safe if your pet licks the lotion, just make sure to rub it into the skin when applying. 

7. Where can I find your ingredients?

     Answer: A full list of our ingredients are under the "Our Ingredients" tab on the footer of our website.   

8. Can I send a check or money order?

    Answer: When sending a check or money order please include your shipping address, the name you would like your order placed under, a phone number and exactly what you would like to purchase including shipping ($6.80)

9. How much is shipping?

  Answer: We have multiple shipping methods located  on our website. 

10. Are your products formulated for all dogs? 

     Answer: Yes! Our products are formulated for all breeds of dogs 8 weeks and up.  Long or short haired.

 11. What skin issues have your products been successful on?

       Answer: Our products have been successful on        Mites, Mange, Hot Spots, Skin Dermatitis,Fungal Infections, Yeast, Bacterial Skin Infections, Flea Bite Irritation, Itchy Skin, Dandruff, Environmental allergies and Shedding Due To Dermatitis.

12. What is your return policy? 

      Answer: Return Policy: Refunds will not be issued    after 60 days from the date of purchase. If you would like a refund please give our office a call at 302-387-3543. We are open Monday through Friday 9am-4pm EST. We stand behind all our products with a 100% Money Back Guarantee!
