Theft of our shipments can occur in many delivery areas. Our company will guarantee your package until it is confirmed delivered to your residence/business. We are not responsible for your package once it is delivered.
If you believe your package has been stolen, please check your tracking information first to confirm it was delivered. If you are concerned your package may be stolen, we suggest adding 'signature required' upon delivery.
If your tracking information states delivered and it was not, we ask that you call the carrier, your local Post Office, FedEX or UPS to inquire about your package.
Damaged products during Transit can occur. Fedex will only accept a damage claim with photos showing the damage. We do not refund or send out a new order without the required photos.
