Our products have been successful on cats. Our Jax n Daisy Flea n Tick Shampoo is NOT Safe for cats.

 We ship same day Monday-Friday if the order is placed by 1:00 pm EST.

 We are open Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm EST. 

If you are concerned your package may be stolen we recommend sending your package to a secure location.

Theft of our shipments can occur in many delivery areas. Our company will guarantee your package until it is confirmed delivered.  We are not responsible for your package once it is scanned delivered. If you believe your package has been stolen, please check your tracking information first to confirm it was delivered.  If your tracking information states delivered and it was not, we ask that you call your local FedEx hub to inquire about your package.

We guarantee that all items will be shipped free of any manufacturer defects. Please ensure that your delivery address is updated and correct. It is not possible to cancel, retrieve, or stop the package once it has been shipped. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or orders shipped to incorrect addresses. If your package is returned due to incorrect address, we can arrange a re-delivery. Please note, a shipping label fee may be included in the re-delivery of your order. We are not responsible for unclaimed orders that are returned to us due to non delivery. Receivers are responsible to make themselves available to receive their order and/or reply to the notice left by the shipping courier to arrange re-delivery.

We are NOT responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered.

Our products are non toxic and safe if your pet licks it. Make sure to rub the lotion into the skin when applying. It is not a topical that you need to see to know that it is working.

However, we do accept money orders, please include your shipping address, the name you would like your order placed under, phone number and exactly what you would like to purchase including shipping.

 Shipping is $10.95 through FedEx 2 Day Express (2 Business Days From FedEx Hub to the address provided) Gallons are shipped through FedEx Home Delivery, pricing depends on the distance and weight of product/products.  Our shipping costs are directly from the carrier and we do not add any extra fees. Every year shipping companies raise their pricing. Unfortunately they raised their pricing earlier this year due to the surge in E-Commerce, low staffing and increased fuel cost which is beyond our control.  

Yes! Our products are formulated for all breeds of dogs 8 weeks and up.  Long or short haired.

-Shipping the product(s) back to us is solely at your expense as we do not provide pre-paid return labels
